Quality Assurance Manager

Lightning Energy Solutions is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Quality Assurance Manager to join their team in Malvern East VIC.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Lead and implement quality management systems aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

- Coordinate certification processes and maintain compliance with and other relevant standards.

- Partner with stakeholders across operations, production, and leadership to embed a culture of quality.

- Analyze performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

- Manage audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.

- Coach and mentor teams, building capability and accountability for quality outcomes.

Skills and Abilities:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

- Proven experience in quality assurance management, ideally within manufacturing, energy, or electrical industries.

- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, certification processes, and Australian regulatory standards.

- Technical understanding of lighting systems, energy efficiency, or electrical products (highly desirable).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
