Centa-Pak Group Pty Ltd is currently looking and recruiting an experienced and qualified Office Manager to join their team in Molong NSW.
Key Role:
- Oversee day- to -day office operations, supervise staff, manage office resources, maintain business systems and ensure compliance with company policies and workplace regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate office administration functions.
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Manage office records, accounts, and business systems
- Oversee CRM and ERP administration
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate payroll, recruitment, training, and staff performance
- Ensure WHS and legislative compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent
- 15+ years' experience in the corrugated manufacturing industry
- 10+ years' management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, order-to-dispatch processes, and industry operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, OrderlineBox ERP, and Xero
Salary range is $85,000-$110,000pa commensurate with experience
Fulltime Position available
