The Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Panel Beaters to join our team across several of our workshops located throughout Metropolitan Sydney.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Perform vehicle strip and rebuild work

* Assess and carry out motor vehicle repairs, restorations, or customisation requests

* Conduct general repair and rectification tasks

* Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels following manufacturer and industry repair procedures

* Repair dents using fillers, filing, grinding, and sanding to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition

* Refit and align all parts accurately

* Realign chassis and body frames

* Perform work with fibreglass and other materials as required

Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience as a Panel Beater (highly desirable)

* Proven experience working on a range of vehicle makes and models (preferred)

* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

* Reliable, motivated, and values-driven technician

* Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach, with a willingness to adapt and learn

Salary

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level.
