Account Manager- Electrical Services

Job Capital is seeking experienced Account Managers with strong electrical or technical-services industry knowledge for future opportunities in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and electrical service accounts

• Coordinate service delivery and technician allocation

• Prepare quotes and confirm scope requirements

• Monitor job profitability, margins, costs and productivity

• Support timely job completion and invoicing

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

• Lead, coach and manage field technicians

• Monitor safety, compliance and service quality

Candidate requirements

• Relevant electrical trade, engineering, facilities or service-management qualification

• Account-management experience in an electrical or technical-services business

• Strong knowledge of electrical service operations

• Commercial experience in quoting, margins and job costing

• Leadership experience with field technicians or operational teams

• Excellent organisation, negotiation and communication skills

• Current driver licence and ability to meet Australian visa requirements
