Senior Recruitment Consultant - Medical Device

At AustCorp the Medical Device team is the most established team and has been servicing the MedTech industry for close to 20 years in Australia. We have long standing relationships with Global Manufacturers and Local Distributers throughout APAC and have an extensive database and networks that is second to none in the industry.

We have assisted many clients in sourcing quality candidates for roles such as Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, Supply chain and logistics and Quality and Regulatory just to name a few. We have a national presence across multiple industries and we work as a team to ensure success for all parties.

Due to growth plans, We have an exciting opportunities for a motivated individual to join our team as a Consultant in this absolutely amazing industry. We are looking to appoint a new recruit in Sydney.

The role

As a Recruiter you will providing end to end solutions for clients and candidates. A typical day will include the following ;

• Business development ( growing and maintaining relationships )

• Interviewing potential candidates - Face to face and online

• Creating material to attract candidates and clients

• Creating Advertisements for positions

• Background/reference checking

• Giving candidates and clients advice

• Utlising LinkedIn to source candidates and clients

• Visiting clients and candidates outside of the office

• You will be making cold calls to generate business

• Negotiations and sales

• Attend networking events and Conferences

• Social networking with clients

About you:

• You are a natural communicator and display great emotional intelligence

• You come from the following industries - Medical Device Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Recruitment or someone with a science degree who is looking to further your career.

• Intermediate IT skills

• Tenacity and drive to succeed

• A keen interest in healthcare or Medtech
