Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 a year

As part of ROCHE GROUP, HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS PTY LTD is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated chefs to join their team in Lucia Roche Estate, Harrigan’s Cameron Park and Harrigan’s Hunter Valley.

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.

Preparing, seasoning and cooking different variety of cuisine according to recipes.

Creating high presentation standards with consistency.

Discussing food preparation issues with Managers.

Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff

Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality

To be considered for the position, you must possess the following:

At least 1 year’s chef experience

Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery

Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.

Proactive, energetic, and shares a passion for the hospitality industry.

Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner.
