Web Administrator

Our Client, Affirming Values, is looking for a full-time Web Administrator to join their team in Mickleham, Victoria, offering an annual salary of $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.

This opportunity is suited to a Web Administrator who can provide reliable technical support, maintain web-based systems and contribute to the efficient operation of the company’s websites, applications and IT environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess software, hardware and web system requirements to provide suitable technical solutions for business and client needs.

• Respond to and resolve technical issues involving websites, software applications, hardware and user access.

• Configure and adapt existing applications and web systems to meet client and operational requirements.

• Install, configure and update software, web applications, plugins and supporting tools.

• Monitor applications, websites and IT equipment to maintain efficient and reliable performance.

• Configure and maintain network connectivity supporting web-based and cloud services.

• Administer, update and maintain company and client websites, including content and functionality.

• Diagnose faults and coordinate the repair or replacement of peripheral and connected IT equipment.

• Provide technical assistance to clients and internal users on website, application and system issues.

• Manage website hosting, domains, user access and web system configurations.

• Perform website backups, security checks and routine technical maintenance.

• Coordinate website deployments and system updates with software development, cloud and DevOps teams.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• Should have at least three (3) years of full-time experience as a Web Administrator.

Note: Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
