#RJED Youth Music Mentor

Nja Marleya is looking for motivated people to work as Youth Music Mentors at the Maningrida Music Studio.

In this role you will support young people through music and creative activities. You will help run music sessions, support young people with songwriting and recording, and encourage positive pathways for youth in the community.

Main duties include:

- Mentor young people in songwriting, rehearsal and music performance

- Assist with music production and recording

- Help run music workshops after school and during school holidays

- Encourage confidence, wellbeing and positive pathways for young people

- Work respectfully with young people and community members

Applicants must be eligible and currently participating in the RAES program

This position does not come with housing and is suited for someone already living in Maningrida
