The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security and day-to-day performance of servers, workstations, Microsoft 365 services, networks and core business systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot system issues, maintain security controls, manage backups and disaster recovery processes, and support ongoing system improvements. Benefits Competitive salary Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible work arrangements Performance-based incentives and recognition programs Task & responsibilities Administer, monitor and maintain servers, workstations, M365 environment and network infrastructure across the main office and SIL houses Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, server and network issues, providing timely technical support to staff Monitor network and system performance, identifying and implementing improvements for reliability Implement and maintain security controls — access management (Entra ID/Intune), endpoint protection (Defender for Endpoint) and data safeguards Establish, maintain and test backup, recovery and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity Test system and application upgrades, identify and resolve technical issues in line with change-management procedures Design and maintain database structures, data architecture and naming conventions within core systems (e.g.

Brevity) Prepare and maintain technical documentation, IT policies, procedures and system logs Liaise with software and security vendors on technical support, security solutions and service-level obligations Assess infrastructure and recommend upgrades to meet future operational and capacity needs Qualification & experience Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related ICT discipline, or an equivalent relevant qualification or experience.

Minimum 1 year experience in systems administration or a closely related ICT position. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server and network-related issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICT environment while maintaining high standards of system security, reliability and attention to detail.
