Remuneration: $37.48 - $52.62 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide high quality, person centred nursing care to cardiology patients, ensuring optimal health outcomes through clinical excellence and teamwork.
- Deliver safe, effective and individualised patient care
- Assess, monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate discharge planning and appropriate referrals
- Supervise and support junior staff and students
- Advocate for patients and families while managing care priorities

Essential Criteria
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means,; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
