Supporting large-scale open-cut mining operations, they maintain and service extensive fleets of heavy mobile equipment while providing employees with long-term career opportunities, ongoing training, and a strong safety-focused culture. Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Auto Electricians to join a busy mining operation near Middlemount. Working a 7/7 rotating day and night roster, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, diagnostics, fault finding, repairs and inspections across a fleet of heavy mining equipment. You'll work alongside a highly experienced team while contributing to the safe and efficient operation of site maintenance activities. What you'll need to succeed
Australian recognised Auto Electrical Trade Qualification
Current Driver's Licence
Previous mining industry experience
Experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment such as CAT, Hitachi or Liebherr
Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
Current Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
