Benefits Competitive salary package Full-time, stable employment Supportive and friendly team environment Career development and progression opportunities Task & responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations of the kitchen Food preparation whilst adhering to food presentation standards Ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation Developing menus or altering existing menus to reflect seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and evolving market trends based on seasonality, customer feedback and changing market trends Keeping up with industry trends and creating new recipes Monitoring stocks, liaising with suppliers and vendors and ordering supplies Training other kitchen staff Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Qualification & experience Trade qualification preferred such as Diploma of Hospitality Management Have at least one year of experience for the role.
