MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice in Kooragang Island NSW. About the role: This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Fitting and machining in the Ammonia and Nitrates plants

Broad exposure to machining and fitting

Maintenance and installation tasks like pumps, valves, and machinery

Plant shutdowns across the site

What we're looking for - Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail

Mechanical and mathematical aptitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Safety awareness and long-term career commitment

Reliability, initiative, and adaptability

Certificate II in Engineering & White Card (preferred)

Driver's license and own transport (preferred)
