About this job

Acer Computer Australia Pty Ltd The System Implementation Specialist will review local business processes, best practices and design change improvement plans to the Company Proprietary Systems which will meet local and HQ requirements. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities and will collaborate with functional teams to roll-out new systems. The Specialist will customise and optimise the company's proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by assessing the current local operation within the Acer Oceanic region.

The Specialist will work with HQ Service team, HQ IT team, and other countries to ensure that integration meets Pan Asia business requirements and delivers value to the Company. This includes improved efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction and cost reduction. Benefits Task & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end integration process of various systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for system development. Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for the implementation of the Acer proprietary ERP and CRM systems.

Collaborate with local stakeholders, including service logistics teams, IT and executive leadership management to understand local needs and priorities to ensure successful delivery of the project. Collaborate with HQ technical teams to ensure smooth integration and effective interaction among systems. Lead project in requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and launch of new systems.

Develop and implement change management strategies, including training programs and communication plans, to ensure successful adoption of the new systems. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, taking appropriate action to ensure successful delivery of the project. Customize the Systems for Acer Oceanic Service to enable the whole supply chain to be more efficient.

Update data sources between Acer Oceanic and other Acer Pan Asia regions to optimise the results of data analytics. Identify the root causes of the problems and find purpose solutions. Conduct data analysis to monitor performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service logistics planning./ Analyse data to ensure that the supply of spare parts to fulfill customer needs.

Resolve potential shortage or surpluses parts by managing inventory levels. Minimize lead time and the costs by analyzing the operation flow. Ensure smooth cooperation flow among different departments (e.g.

HQ and IT team) Maintain positive working relationship between ODMs and Vendors. Qualification & experience Experience, skills, and competencies In-depth knowledge of Acer Proprietary Software Systems Project Management At least 3 years’ experience in a supply chain management; minimum 2 years’ in after-sales planning in IT industry. Possess a deep understanding of the after-sales services workflow in a large IT company, including experience in effectively communicating with both headquarters and subsidiaries to ensure the demand planning process is aligned with business objectives.

Great time management and organization skills. Great communication skills. Able to identify/find problems and provide solutions.

Advanced knowledge of supply chain management. Advanced computer skills, primarily Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
