Our client are breeders and suppliers of full-blood Wagyu heifers and Wagyu bulls on all the Wagyu auctions held throughout the year.

They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Vacy, NSW.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Adhere to and manage the approved office budget;

- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports;

- Apply resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets;

- Build up a new customer base for our new property and stud initiative;

- Develop service procedures, policies and standards;

- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth;

- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions;

- Keep ahead of the Wagyu industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement;

- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;

- Mentor and develop all staff to ensure an excellent customer service experience;

- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards a satisfied customer;

- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.

To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a Diploma or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.

This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $80,000 - $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
