Cafe (Fast Food Manager)

KIS Recruitment Tasks and Responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe as a cafe manager and providing training and supervision of staff Responsible for providing a high level of customer service skills at the highest of standards in the day-to-day management of a busy cafe Determining the best-selling products such as existing and emerging trends and different product mixes such as growing preference for matcha based beverages and plant-based fast food products Responsible for product pricing strategies and adjusting prices for new menu products, including growing and emerging trends Advertising of products and services, creating marketing content for our social media accounts Promoting all menu options and services and advising customers on new menu options and seasonal changes to the goods and services Implementing the right marketing policies to drive profitability Managing stock levels, including stock that is required from our vendors and suppliers Managing daily stock levels, including adjusting stock levels to cater for special celebrations and occasions, including weekends Formulating purchasing policies, including avoiding overstocking, while also preventing stock shortages and managing stock levels Managing financial transactions, daily sales projections, undertaking budgeting Maintaining stock level records on our system database for adjustments, and management of sales Ensuring all regulations are fulfilled to the highest of standards such as compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Responsible for training new staff on Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulations and Work Health and Safety (WHS) Qualifications, Skills and Relevant Experience An Australian relevant Advanced Diploma or Diploma At least three years of previous experience as a cafe fast food manager and; Relevant experience and/or on the-job training as a cafe fast food manager High level of customer service skills and good people skills High level of organisational skills with previous experience managing daily operations of a cafe and marketing of of products About Company Billy's Bar Espresso opened its doors in 2007, in Maroubra, New South Wales.
