Commercial Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Our client is a respected commercial construction company delivering high-quality projects throughout the Mackay, Whitsunday and broader Queensland regions. With a reputation for professionalism, strong client relationships and successful project outcomes, they continue to grow and are seeking experienced construction professionals to join their team.

Your new role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors with a commercial construction background. You will be responsible for managing project delivery from planning through to completion, overseeing site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects while playing a key role in the company's continued success. Project Managers can expect an anticipated salary of $150,000-$180,000, while Site Supervisors can expect or a salary package of $120,000-$140,000, dependent on experience. Our client is open to discussing current market expectations for outstanding candidates.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager

Hands-on experience delivering Australian commercial construction projects

Certificate III in Carpentry and/or relevant Project Management experience

QBCC Site Supervisor Licence

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Construction White Card

Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Reliable, organised and safety-focused

Ability to work across projects throughout the Mackay, Whitsunday and wider Queensland regions

Local candidates preferred or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense
