RSR Consulting Brighton College is seeking a suitably qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess nationally recognised vocational qualifications within the Management training stream, including the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning). The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality training delivery, compliant assessment practices, and effective student support in line with the VET Quality Framework, ESOS Act, and RTO Standards.

Provide leadership and coordination for the allocated management training stream.

Contextualise and maintain training and assessment resources to ensure consistency and compliance. Conduct assessments, reassessments, and provide clear, compliant feedback to students. Support students to meet assessment requirements and course progression timelines.

Manage and monitor student attendance, participation, and engagement. Maintain accurate training, assessment, and compliance records. Participate in validation, moderation, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure compliance with the VET Quality Framework, RTO Standards, ESOS Act, and National Code. Collaborate with trainers, compliance staff, and management as required. Qualification & experience Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (Community Services, Education, or related field).

At least three (3) years of relevant experience delivering or assessing vocational education or adult learning programs. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). Sound knowledge of the VET Quality Framework, assessment requirements, and compliance obligations.

Strong communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
