Bookkeeper

Introduction: Randstad is partnering with a recognised commercial organisation looking for a Bookkeeper based in Derrimut. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. This role will assist the current transactions team with the debt collection of tuition fees, prompt and timely processing of all invoices for suppliers, reconciliations, etc.

This is a permanent part-time position to begin with, could become full-time as well for the right candidate. You will report to the Managing Director.

Your responsibilities:

Entering invoices in the system

Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner

Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly

Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system

Debt collection of tuition fees

Vendor and supplier reconciliations

Other administration & accounts duties where required

What experience will you have:

3+ years in the accounting domain

Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail

Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel

XERO experience is PREFERRED

Having a proactive and steady approach
