Due to continued growth, we're looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join our site.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play an important role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality production of our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating food manufacturing, processing and packaging equipment

• Following safety procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintaining compliance with HACCP and GMP standards

• Completing quality checks and production records using digital systems

• Supporting production line operations across multiple areas

• Participating in TPM and operational improvement activities

• Working collaboratively within a diverse and supportive team environment
