Restaurant Manager – Full Time

CASA PERTH Casa Vibrazione Pty Ltd t/a Salina Pizzeria is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our contemporary European-inspired dining room, wine bar and bottle shop. This role oversees all front-of-house functions, ensures smooth service delivery, and supports our commitment to warm, refined hospitality. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and bar team to maintain the establishments high standards across food, beverage and guest experience.

Coordinate reservations, guest seating and service flow in line with the establishment’s dining concept Lead, train and supervise front-of-house staff and ensure delivery of consistent service standards Collaborate with the Head Chef and bar team on menus, specials and wine pairings Manage ordering, supplier communication, inventory rotation and cost controls Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA and licensing requirements Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly Prepare and review financial reports, including daily takings, COGS and wage budgets Create and manage staff rosters aligned with service demands Implement operational procedures, including cash handling and opening/closing processes Coordinate special events, private functions, wine tastings and promotions Contribute to business planning, pricing strategies and continuous service improvements Qualification & experience Diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent qualification) preferred or minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry Strong understanding of contemporary dining, wine service and customer experience standards Demonstrated ability to train, supervise and motivate hospitality teams Experience in stock control, ordering, budgeting and supplier liaison Knowledge of WA liquor licensing, RSA obligations, food safety and workplace health and safety Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required About Company Casa Vibrazione Pty Ltd t/a Salina Pizzeria is a neighbourhood dining and wine venue known for its warm service, modern European menu and thoughtful wine program.
