Integrity Tyres is a trusted tyre and automotive service provider, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth in Wangara, WA

About the Role

As Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our tyre and service centre, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing retail staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management

- Overseeing sales, customer service, and inventory control

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets

- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and reporting

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

- Maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment

- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Solid understanding of sales, inventory, and financial management

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance

Salary range is $75,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
