JRT Group is in need of experienced STONEMASONS to join and bring their expertise to our dedicated hardworking team. In this role, you will be required to read and interpret blueprints, collaborate with construction crews and crane operators, cut or shape stones, and fix stones according to the structural plans.

Responsibilities and qualifications include but are not limited to:

Reads and interprets construction plans and specifications

Measure, mark dimensions, cut, shape and finish stone blocks using machines or hand tools

Determine the materials and equipment needed for the project

Lay stones according to construction plans or project specifications

Remediation of rock, stone, and concrete

Constructing walls using stones, rocks, concrete

Repairing stone facades, walls, partitions, arches and other structures

Adhere to OHS policies and procedures

Experience in Stonework repairs and CP Systems

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety

Working in confined space

Working at heights

Maintain Quality Control

Work autonomously and as part of a team, as required

Be physically fit

An interest in finding solutions and solving problems

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Maintain safe and clean environment
