Position Available:

Quest Alice Springs is seeking reliable and detail-oriented FULL-TIME Commercial Housekeepers to join our dedicated team. Your duties will include thorough cleaning of rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, replenishing guest amenities and linens, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure all apartments are presented to an immaculate standard for guest arrivals, adhere to strict health and safety protocols, and manage housekeeping supplies efficiently to support the smooth operation of our busy property.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing furniture, and emptying waste bins

2. Make beds, change bed linen, and remove used towels or linen for washing

3. Clean and sanitise bathrooms thoroughly, and restock minibars and bathroom supplies

4. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner, and assist with basic questions about room equipment and hotel services

5. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly, and follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

6. Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned duties and maintain accurate daily work records

Requirements:

1. AQF Certificate I or compulsory secondary education, plus one year of relevant experience.

2. Reliable punctuality, honest work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.
