The Client

See Thru Cleaning is an Australian business specialised in the field of facilities management for residential and corporate market segments across Australia. See Thru provide a diverse range of cleaning, inspection, and certification services to commercial, and residential construction, property management, and property maintenance including industries that require working at heights.

They are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Representative to join their team.

The Role

This is for a full-time position at an annual salary at $80,000 plus superannuation. The role is based in Brisbane City and may also require interstate travel.

The Technical Sales Representative (NEC) is responsible for driving business growth through reaching prospective client businesses, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients by proactively understanding and advising on their needs.?

The Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across multiple

states

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth

Promote and sell specialised cleaning services, including kitchen and exhaust system cleaning

Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations to clients

Prepare and present detailed service proposals and quotations

Manage key client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure effective service delivery

Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with HACCP and industry standards

Support scheduling and resource planning across service regions

Provide technical guidance to clients regarding compliance and best practice cleaning solutions

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients

Assist in training and mentoring operational staff where required

Travel interstate as required to support business operations and client needs

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline Opportunities

The requirements

Certificate IV in Business, Sales, or related field

At least 5 years’ experience in technical sales, facilities management, cleaning services, inspection services or property maintenance

At least 5 years’ experience preparing proposals and converting technical service requirements into revenue

At least 5 years’ experience conducting site assessments, interpreting client needs and scoping service requirements

At least 5 years’ experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, pricing, negotiation, contract review, and service handover

At least 5 years’ experience engaging senior property, construction, strata, facilities, compliance, and operations stakeholders

At least 5 years’ experience interpreting service specifications, safety requirements, inspection findings, certification needs, and compliance obligations

Strong technical understanding of facilities services, working-at-heights operations, inspection requirements, site risk controls, service scheduling, and regulated service environments.

Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, WHS procedures, compliance documentation, risk assessments, and service quality requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

HACCP training, Working at Heights, and valid Australian driver’s licence highly regarded.
