Diploma Qualified Educator – Wattle & Wonder Winthrop

Wattle & Wonder Early Learning is looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our small, welcoming team at Wattle & Wonder Winthrop.

This is more than simply filling a position. We’re looking for someone who wants to teach, lead, contribute ideas and become part of the Wattle & Wonder journey.

For the right person, there is also genuine potential to progress into a Centre Director or leadership position in the future as you grow with our organisation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or recognised equivalent.

Is fluent and confident in spoken and written English.

Genuinely enjoys teaching and engaging with children.

Builds warm, professional relationships with families.

Is reliable, organised and confident taking initiative.

Can support and guide other educators.

Understands the importance of the NQS, regulations, child safety and quality practice.

Wants to contribute ideas rather than simply follow a daily routine.

Has an interest in developing their leadership and management skills.
