Admin All-Rounder and Backup Trailer Restocker

ADMIN ALL-ROUNDER & BACKUP RESTOCKER (URGENT START!) ??

Location: Lawnton Warehouse / WFH / North Brisbane

Hours: 15 hrs/week (Flexible | Perfect for school hours!)

We operate roadside fruit trailers across North Brisbane and need a reliable, hands-on Admin All-Rounder to join our team ASAP!

This is a flexible role mixing work-from-home admin, site checks at our Lawnton warehouse, and acting as an on-the-ground backup driver to restock trailers when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Admin & Accounts: General admin, accounts payable, timesheets/payroll & staff scheduling via our internal app.

- Ordering & Inventory: Track banana stock, place weekly supplier orders & plan delivery routes.

- Warehouse & Quality: Check cold room temps/ripening & keep warehouse clean and tidy.

- Backup Restocking: Drive to restock trailers & perform basic maintenance checks (full training provided).

WHAT WE NEED:

- Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable with repetitive lifting of 15kg produce boxes during restocking runs.

- Tech Skills: Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic apps, and general computer work (prior admin experience preferred).

- Transport: Valid Aus Driver’s License + your own reliable car for general maintenance checks (company vehicle provided for restocking runs).

- Checks: Police check & pre-employment medical clearance required.
