Location - Multiple sites across Australia

If you’re looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have several permanent opportunities available for experienced and qualified Chefs, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out 2:1 roster, across Australia’s remote sites.

Who are we looking for?

If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest of standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you! To be successful, you’ll need:

Australian Citizenship or, Full Australian working rights

Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity

Previous FIFO Chef experience is desired but not essential

Previous experience in mass-catering environments highly desired (volume cooking)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef highly desired

You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
