Registered Nurse

Juniper is seeking a Full-time, permanent Registered Nurse to join the team in Kununurra, Western Australia!

As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans. Demonstrated experience in the mentoring and supervision of care staff and the awareness of AN-ACC required assessments is needed. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual passionate about this vocation to join the team. The ideal candidate should be available to work unplanned leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong clinical assessment skills and appropriate response to changes in customer condition in consultation with the broader healthcare team

Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones

Liaise with appropriate healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers

Ensure full compliance with organizational, professional and aged care standards

Key Requirements:

AHPRA Registration

Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting

Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery

Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care

Sound understanding of medication systems

Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Permanent Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week

Attractive remuneration from $44.76-$56.45 per hour*dependant on experience

Salary Package up to $18,550 per annum tax free
