OHS Advisor

TNE Civil requires a OHS Advisor on a full-time basis in Perth, WA.

Duties will include:

Develop and review workplace health and safety policies, procedures, risk assessments and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).

Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure appropriate risk controls are implemented.

Investigate workplace incidents and near misses, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and training to employees on workplace health and safety procedures.

Monitor workplace safety practices and maintain safety records to ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation and company requirements.

Applicants must have a relevant qualification or have at least 5 years' experience in the position.

Salary will be between $50 and $60 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
