Truck Driver (General)

Duties and responsibilities:

Inspect incoming consignments, reconcile goods with transport documentation, and maintain proof of receipt.

Calculate vehicle payload requirements and determine appropriate cargo placement within vehicle capacity limits.

Conduct pre-departure vehicle inspections and report mechanical defects that may affect safe vehicle operation.

Secure and protect cargo for transportation using appropriate restraints, coverings, and protective materials.

Position vehicles appropriately for the loading and unloading of freight.

Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo using appropriate loading equipment.

Follow established safety procedures when loading, transporting, and unloading freight.

Skills and experience:

· Relevant qualification or at least 1 year of experience

· At least 1 year of experience required

· Good time management

· Good organizational skills

Delivery Driver

Duties and responsibilities:

· Planning efficient pathways for distributing items to their final locations

· Skillfully positioning transport for effective cargo handling

· Organizing items meticulously to facilitate trouble-free transport and securing them to prevent harm

· Checking the necessary paperwork related to cargo content

· Conducting and organizing offloading procedures while confirming the receipt of shipments

· Notifying issues related to vehicle upkeep

Skills and experience:

- Relevant qualification or at least 1 year of experience

- At least 1 year of experience required

- Teamwork required

- Good time management

Cost Clerk

- Produce monthly management dashboards highlighting revenue, spending trends, margins and stock movements.

- Review supplier statements, purchase orders and delivery records to identify billing discrepancies before settlement

- Monitor overdue customer balances and coordinate follow-up actions to support timely debt collection.

- Forecast short-term cash requirements by assessing expected deposits, withdrawals and payment schedules.

- Evaluate financial business cases for planned purchases, tender submissions and capital projects.

- Maintain inventory valuation schedules covering production inputs, consumables and packing materials.

- Assign financial transactions to the appropriate departments, projects and general-ledger categories.

- Analyse differences between forecast and actual labour, material and overhead performance.

- Track amendments to supplier agreements, market rates and purchasing terms to assess their financial impact.

- Consolidate operational data to support annual planning, income forecasting and profitability modelling.

- Match internal cash records against financial institution activity and resolve unidentified transactions.

Truck Driver (General), Cost Clerk and Delivery Driver Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Truck Driver (General), Cost Clerk and Delivery Driver Location: Busselton / Innaloo WA 6018 / Pilbara

Truck Driver (General), Cost Clerk and Delivery Driver Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
