We are seeking Diploma Qualified educators who are enthusiastic about early learning and committed to providing high-quality, play-based experiences that support each child's unique development to work in our centre in Esperance, Kids on Castletown.

? About You:

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Must hold a valid Working with Children Check before commencing employment

Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their wellbeing, learning, and development

Possess a minimum of 1 year experience working in an early childhood education setting

Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Are motivated to grow professionally and contribute positively to our service

Have experience as a Diploma Qualified role

Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
