Receptionist (General)

At ZEST CLK PTY LTD, we are looking for a skilled Receptionist (General) to work on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, visitors, contractors and other people attending the business and direct them to the appropriate staff member.

• Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages and transfer enquiries to the relevant person or department.

• Respond to routine customer enquiries and provide general information about the company’s services and operations.

• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, parcels and business correspondence.

• Maintain visitor records and other routine reception information as required by the company.

• Assist with arranging appointments, meetings and visits involving customers, suppliers and staff.

• Prepare routine correspondence, forms, notices and other documents required for day-to-day office operations.

• Maintain an organised and professional reception area and provide general front-office support to staff when required.

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Previous experience handling telephone, email and in-person customer enquiries.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner.

• Ability to maintain visitor records, messages, correspondence and routine office information accurately.

• Basic computer skills and confidence using email, office software and general business systems.

• Ability to organise appointments, meetings, deliveries and day-to-day reception activities.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple routine enquiries and tasks.

• Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with customers, visitors, contractors and staff.

Position: Full Time

Salary: 65,000 - $80,000 per year
