Restaurant Manager

At Numa Italian, we are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to work on a full-time basis (at least 38 hours per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

• Leading, supervising and supporting staff members to maintain high service standards and a productive workplace environment.

• Managing staff rostering, performance monitoring and onboarding of new employees in line with operational requirements.

• Handling customer relations, resolving service issues professionally and maintaining a consistently positive dining experience.

• Monitoring operational budgets, labour expenses and daily revenue performance to support the financial objectives of the business.

• Coordinating purchasing and stock control processes to ensure adequate supply levels and minimise operational disruptions.

• Implementing and maintaining workplace procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, licensing requirements and overall business compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience.

• Good time management skills and able to work under pressure.

Position: Full Time

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
