PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CREW is now seeking a Full Time (at least 38 hours per week) Carpenter to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analyzing technical blueprints to identify construction requirements and installation methods for various components

• Preparing structural configurations by sourcing lumber and related building supplies based on design needs

• Measuring and shaping structural parts, then securing them in place using appropriate fastening techniques

• Constructing base platforms, aligning support systems, and confirming accuracy with leveling tools during assembly

• Installing outer wall coverings, securing roof layers, and mounting pre-fitted door and window units

• Combining pre-cut wooden pieces into finished components for final setup in designated spaces

• Designing and forming custom interlocking wood connections for precise structural fitting

Skills and experience:

• Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.

• Good time management

• Good organizational skills

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Location: 145b Claisebrook st, Perth WA 6000

Salary: $79,000 – 100,000 per year
