Our client located in Cowra NSW 2794 are the leader in flour, ingredient and bakery products and have carved a footprint with a history steeped in tradition.

Roles start in October 2026. 48 months of work on offer

Full Time work minimum 38 hours per week.

10 roles on offer - no experience required.

Starting pay is $30.61/hour Level 2 Site Agreement. Additional payments or penalties are as per the Award

Onsite training provided with progression opportunities.

Monday to Friday, Morning and afternoon shifts 6am to 2pm & 2pm – 10pm. Some weekend work may be required

Flexibility to work these hours is essential.

The role

Operate small automatic machines

Packing/stacking and boxing of products

Checking of product to ensure they meet quality standards

Loading and unloading of packaged products

Performing fast paced assembly and packing work

Heavy lifting

Criteria

• Work well in a team environment

• Safety conscious and able to follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

• Guaranteed commitment to shift times, being flexible and punctual

• Ability to conduct physical work in cold environments

• Possess a positive working attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty

• Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, which includes Drug and alcohol testing
