We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of marketing activity across digital, retail, wholesale, and in venue channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

In this role you will identify market opportunities and develop, coordinate and implement strategies for promoting products and services, growing brand awareness, and supporting business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to assist with campaigns, content, promotions, and day to day marketing coordination.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate leads and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Conduct market research and analyse customer, competitor and industry trends.

* Identify new market opportunities and provide recommendations to support business growth.

* Coordinate digital marketing activities across website, SEO, email marketing and social media channels.

* Manage the creation of marketing content, advertising materials and promotional campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and prepare reports and recommendations.

* Manage external suppliers, agencies and creative partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Support the development and maintenance of brand positioning and messaging.

* Assist in the planning and execution of new product and service launches.

Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing-focused role.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and lead generation.

* Experience using marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and reporting platforms.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong analytical, organisational and project management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple business functions.
