We are seeking an experienced Estimator, or a trade professional (like a Carpenter) looking to transition your on-site knowledge into an office.

You will be the backbone of project cost accuracy and purchasing. You will provide accurate, comprehensive cost estimations and quantity take-offs for residential building projects.

You will need to display;

We are ideally seeking a person who has;

? Demonstrated experience as a Residential or Commercial Estimator.

? A trade background (e.g. carpentry) with a genuine desire to move into an off ice-based role.

? A background with a construction supplier or building material manufacturer.

? Draftsperson or similar experience with understanding of building plans, construction processes and procurement practices.
