HC Truck Drivers

MUST HAVE A HC DRIVING LICENSE IF YOU WANT TO APPLY

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $30-32per hour

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HC or MC truck driver for linehaul work operating a prime mover with a single semi-trailer.

The Role:

-Complete scheduled linehaul runs between Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

-Operate a well-maintained prime mover with single semi-trailer or B-double.

-Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any faults.

-Complete all required transport and delivery paperwork.

-Comply with fatigue-management, load-restraint and road-safety requirements.

-Maintain professional communication with operations staff and customers.

-Keep the vehicle and equipment clean and presentable.

Requirements:

-Current Australian HC or MC driver’s licence.

-Minimum 1-2 years of linehaul or heavy-vehicle driving experience.

-Good driving record and ability to provide a recent driver-history report.

-Strong understanding of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility obligations.

-Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.

-Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.

-Full Australian working rights.

-Basic Fatigue Management accreditation is preferred.

-Midnight Shift start availability.
