Automotive Parts Manager / Procurement Manager

Peter Dullard Motor Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager/ Procurement Manager to lead our Automotive Dealership Parts Department in Bairnsdale, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily parts department operations, including sales, ordering, receipting, dispatch, and returns.

- Oversee inventory control, forecasting, stock takes, and procurement.

- Ensure timely parts are supplied to support workshop operations.

- Lead and develop parts department staff.

- Monitor sales performance, gross profit, stock turnover, and supplier relationships.

- Maintain accurate inventory and dealership system records.

Skills & Experience

- With at least 3 years’ experience as a Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, Senior Parts Interpreter, or similar role is desirable

- Strong automotive parts knowledge and parts interpretation skills.

- Experience in an automotive dealership, workshop, service center, or parts environment.

- Proven inventory management and purchasing experience.

- Leadership and team management capability.

- Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.

- Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogues preferred.

- Current Driver Licensed preferred

Salary range is $80,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience
