UiPath Tech Lead/ Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline complex business processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Integrate AI and ML models within UiPath workflows to enable intelligent decision-making, document understanding, and predictive automation.

- Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs to connect UiPath bots with third-party systems, enhancing automation coverage and interoperability.

- Develop custom activities and reusable components in UiPath Studio to support scalable and standardized automation frameworks.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze feasibility, and design end-to-end automation workflows.

- Manage UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and maintaining attended and unattended bots in production environments.

- Perform bot performance tuning, exception handling, and logging to ensure reliability, scalability, and error-free operations.

- Work on automation solutions involving AI tools such as Document Understanding, OCR, and NLP for efficient processing of unstructured data.

- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment validations to maintain quality and adherence to RPA governance standards.

- Support RPA governance documentation, compliance tracking, and maintenance of project audit trails.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, OCR, and NLP integrations.

- Proven experience in process analysis, design, and automation delivery.

- Proficiency in working with APIs (REST/SOAP) and developing custom UiPath components.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- UiPath certification(s) preferred.
