Crop Care Leading Hand

Flavorite Hydroponic Tomatoes requires 2 crop care leading hands. Reporting to a Crop Care supervisor, you will support the management of up to 20 team members working in our capsicum crops. Four years of work is expected to commence October 2026. No previous experience is necessary. Candidates should be able to learn quickly and work with accuracy.

Duties include and all training will be provided:

- Undertaking all crop care tasks to ensure target times can be reached

- Conduct and monitor work quality and productivity

- Training and inducting new team members

- Support the supervisor in additional duties

Successful candidates will be required for 6-7am starts, working individually and in teams. Candidates must be available Monday to Friday and work some public holidays and weekends when required. Successful candidates will be offered employment on a fulltime hourly rate under Horticultural Award 2020, level 3 and will be provided with 38 hours of work per week and be available for additional hours per week where required.
