We are a wholesale bakery in Dandenong South
Starting: asap
Job description: A variety of cake and pastry finishing and decorating, icing, piping, frying and filling donuts, spatula work, making mille feuille.
Applicant qualifications:
The ideal candidate will
• have some experience in cake and pastry finishing, and frying donuts
• have pastry qualifications (not essential)
• be able to finish baked products to specifications
• have high attention to detail
• have allergen awareness
• be able to work effectively in a team
• be able to work independently
• have leadership potential
• have basic GMP/food handling & hygiene knowledge/awareness
• be able to lift 25kg kilograms
Hours of work: 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday
Wage: Casual rates per hour
