About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Gardener to join our team in Fern Tree Gully, VIC. If you are passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance

Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges

Weed identification and control

Planting, mulching, and garden improvements

Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain high standards of workmanship

Ensure worksites are clean, safe, and well-presented

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience (essential)

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence (preferred)

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work independently and within a team

Reliable, punctual, and physically fit

Good attention to detail and pride in your work
