Position Details:

• Full-time position

• Salary: $80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in painting and decorating

• Must have own transport

• Strong ability to communicate and deal professionally with customers

• Leadership and team management skills

• High attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• White Card and driver’s licence preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior painting

• Surface preparation and finishing

• Supervising and supporting team members

• Communicating with customers on-site

• Ensuring projects are completed safely and on time

• Maintaining high-quality standards
