Kimberley Hotel is currently seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our dedicated and hardworking team.

One full-time position is available for an immediate start and we offer full-time hours, located in Halls Creek, WA would suit those who love working in a team, with a great work ethic.

Primary responsibilities:

Clean designated areas (kitchen and staff canteen) complying with statutory and company hygiene requirements, including floors, counters, shelves, fixtures, fittings and walls.

Ensure all mis-en-place is always freshly prepares and on time

Peel, clean and cut fruits and vegetables and prepare meats, fish and poultry.

Move, stack, carry, load or unload utensils, tools, equipment and foodstuffs

Maintain programs to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, storage and organisation within the kitchen at all times.

Remove rubbish to its designated areas.
