About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our disability services team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people with disability and has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Disability Support Workers.
Coordinate daily operations and ensure high-quality support is delivered.
Assist with staff rostering, shift coordination and team communication.
Monitor client support plans and ensure services are delivered in accordance with individual needs.
Maintain accurate case notes, incident reports and other required documentation.
Support staff with training, guidance and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policies and procedures.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, staff and other stakeholders.
Respond appropriately to incidents, concerns and changes in client needs.
About You
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or similar role within disability or community services.
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification.
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working with Children Check, Police Check and relevant mandatory training.
Current Australian driver's licence.
Previous experience with rostering and staff coordination will be highly regarded.
