Experienced Vinyl Flooring Installer

Australian Carpet & Tile Company is a family owned and run business, with over 40 years of experience. We are based in Adelaide, South Australia.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced vinyl installer to join our flooring team in order to assist with the following duties as required:

Removal of existing flooring

Handling/moving furniture

Install new vinyl/flooring

Prepare concrete floors

Working Hours - 7:30am - 4pm - Monday - Friday (Optional Overtime)

All tools, uniforms and equipment are provided (will need to purchase own steel cap boots)

Immediate start for the right person

Salary

$80,000

To be considered for this opportunity you will have to have or be willing to obtain;

Drivers licence

White card (or willing to obtain one)

National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)

Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)

Ability to follow direction and work well with team members

Willingness to learn and grow your skills with flooring and carpet installation

Ability to work standing, kneeling, crouching for long periods

Ability to lift, maneuver, and work in a physically demanding environment

Be willing to attend a pre-employment medical assessment (drug/alcohol/physical). This will be used to assess your suitability for the position and the physical work environment for which you are being considered

Be clean and well presented

Have good communication and troubleshooting abilities

Be reliable and punctual

Skill Requirement:

Relevant Trade Qualification desirable

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
