Extrusion Blowmoulding Technician

VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Extrusion Blowmoulding Technician to be a part of our client’s business Bev Plastics Pty Ltd in Braeside. Our client offers a great working environment and a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and change over blow moulding dies and line-changing equipment according to production schedules.

- Start up, operate, and shut down blow moulding machines while maintaining optimal machine parameters.

- Record and monitor key machine conditions such as temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels to ensure consistent performance.

- Conduct routine checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

- Inspect products to ensure they meet required specifications and conduct basic quality control tests.

- Collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.

- Assist in fabricating or modifying equipment and tools as needed to support production needs.

- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.

- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a die setter cum Technician in Extrusion Blow moulding environment

- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of plastic processing

- Familiarity with safety standards and machine operating procedures

- Have a stable work history with good communication and teamwork skills

- Flexible to work when required

Remuneration: $78,000.00 - $83,000.00 + superannuation
