*Assist other teams with their duties when necessary.

*Monitor the health and reliability of Noggin’s products and services, and resolve operational issues and activities as they arise.

*Maintain details of progress, time spent, and status of work within the issue tracking system.

*Document products, services, and processes to a level appreciated by another engineer in a similar role who may not have the detailed knowledge of the product or service.

*Update job knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and ideas, studying development tools and programming techniques, and reading professional publications.

*Read and contribute to functional and technical specifications where applicable.

*Continuously contribute to improving Noggin’s software engineering process, including estimation, design, quality assurance, security, efficiency, and innovation techniques.

*Engage, contribute, and be involved in technology chapter meetings
